Project Management Foundations

In this course, learners are introduced to the fundamentals of project management and gain an overview of technology project management standards and their applicability to the management process. This course introduces and emphasizes management methodologies and frameworks, including those defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Learners focus on the aspects of effective project management leadership including project politics, ethics, and collaboration.
